Send a custom broadcast email to every unique email address in the system — event registrations, tournament registrations, and website members. Recipients are BCC'd in groups of 50 — they cannot see each other's addresses.

Addresses on this list are permanently excluded from all broadcast emails sent through this Notification Manager (Events, Tournaments, and General Mass). Transactional emails — registration confirmations and admin notifications — are still delivered.

Emails added here are included in every General Mass send alongside event registrants, tournament registrants, and website members. Use this list to maintain contacts who aren't in any of those sources — e.g. people who want notifications but have never registered for anything.

Route a copy of any outgoing transactional email (Contact Us submissions, event registrations, donations, tournament registrations, etc.) to one or more internal recipients. Each subscription can be scoped to an event or tribe — leave both blank to match all.

This is separate from per-user notification prefs (UserManager) — that one is for members opting themselves in to alerts; this one is for routing email copies to specific addresses regardless of whether they have a website account.
