When ON, the registration page shows a "Donation Only" tab. Requires at least one Add-on with type = Donation.

Donation Cause (optional — leave blank to use donor's tribe)

When set, confirmation emails say "Donation to [Cause]" instead of "Entry Fee", and the thank-you email credits this cause rather than the donor's tribe.

Add-ons (optional — items registrants can purchase)
